Herman has extensive experience in politics, communication, and media relations. He has a background from the Progress Party and the Progress Party’s Youth organisation. He has more than four years of experience from the Norwegian Parliament, where he worked as both a policy advisor and a communications advisor.

Within the Progress Party’s parliamentary group, he has served as an advisor to the business and industry committee, the health and care committee, the energy and environment committee, and the justice committee. Herman is a former elected representative in Ullensaker municipal council, where he served as group leader on the committee for schools and kindergartens.

He has also been a member of the national executive committee of the Progress Party’s Youth organisation, where he worked with strategy development, communication, and training. Herman holds a bachelor’s degree in PR and Communication from Kristiania University College.
