Tiril has experience in strategic communication, finance and politics.

She has a political background from the Liberal Party (Venstre) in Bærum, and professional experience as an analyst at the Corporate Finance firm ProCorp AS. She also brings consultancy experience from the communications agency Geelmuyden Kiese (GK), where she worked with a broad range of clients, particularly within energy and finance.

Tiril holds a master’s degree in International Business from the Copenhagen Business School, and has completed exchange studies at Fudan University in Shanghai and at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan. She wrote her master’s thesis in collaboration with Innovasjon Norge, focusing on opportunities for Norwegian industrial companies in Iran following the lifting of sanctions in 2016.
