Ulrik has experience in political journalism, communications and media relations.
Ulrik has a background as a political journalist at Altinget, where he covered Norwegian national politics, with a particular focus on health policy, the Storting and government ministries. He also has experience from Dagsavisen, where he covered the 2024 U.S. presidential election, Norwegian politics and foreign affairs.
He has previously worked in communications at Parat, and has experience in business journalism through his coverage of the maritime sector for Kystens Næringsliv.
Ulrik holds a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Politics from the University of Bergen and a master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School in Boston. He has particular expertise in Norwegian politics, U.S. politics, health policy, labor issues and strategic communications.
