Mette Nilstad

Mette has long and broad experience from the central administration after over 20 years in various positions in the health area.

She has strong strategic competence and solid knowledge of the interplay between subjects, bureaucracy and politics in decision-making processes. Mette started in Kruse Larsen on 1 October 2020, where she will lead the company's health team. She came from a job as a senior strategy consultant at Helse Midt-Norge RHF.

In recent years, Mette has led the secretariat of the Decision Forum for New Methods, which means that she has solid knowledge of the System for New Methods. She has also been responsible for the secretariat for the national meetings between the four directors of the regional health authorities.

She has previously worked for 10 years in the Ministry of Health and Care Services, where she was central in several major study and reform projects. Mette holds a degree in social economics (cand. Oecon.) From the University of Oslo in 1992.
